Features:

Pilot operated safety valve, newly-structured, is mainly applied to such industries as petroleum&natural gas, chemistry, electric, metalurgy&burning gas. It is the best super-pressure protecting equipment on press equipment, container, or pipeline. It is mainly characterized by shifting direct function of spring to indirect function of guide valve. What's more, main valve, applying for sleeve piston&double sealed seat, is characterized by high precision of action, good recycling function, fast turning back to seat, ability to high-pressure leaking, long working time&security, together with readjustment on line, aucomatic turning badk to seat after leaking again and again, tight closure, operating and maintaing convenience.

Flow protection is characterized by safety valves that are considerably larger than those mounted in thermal protection. They are generally sized for use in situations where significant quantities of gas or high volumes of liquid must be quickly discharged in order to protect the integrity of the vessel or pipeline. This protection can alternatively be achieved by installing a High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS).

A46H/F  pilot safety valve is composed of a main valve and pilot valve, pilot valve reflected system media pressure so as to control the switching of the main valve.
 

A46H/F   Pilot Safety Valve Application:


     A46H/F   pilot safety valve is especially suitable for high back pressure, high flow, high pressure and the application of the installation location and compact spaces. pilot safety valve is mainly used for oil and gas, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, and city gas fields of compression equipment, containers or pipeline overpressure protection device.

 

A46H/F Pilot Safety Valve Work Principle:


       When the system work properly, pilot safety valve in the closed state, the system pressure through the inlet pressure tube, and chamber pressure of the valve guide tube to spread to the main valve disc at the top of the dome chamber, which in the main valve produce a net downward force in the valve, main valve is turned off when the system pressure reaches the set pressure, the pilot valve to open and slip the shuttle closed pilot valve inlet channel, the pressure of the main valve chamber through the pilot valve emissions relief, because the system pressure is higher than back seat pressure, sliding shuttle closed the inlet channel, which cut off the flow of fluid in the pilot valve when the pressure of the main valve chamber a sharp decline in the fully open the main valve disc, fluid flow through the main bleed valve buck. when the system pressure falls below a certain value, the pilot valve spring force to overcome the force of the valve inlet pressure acting on the sliding shuttle pilot valve back seat, the top of the peak of the staff open the sliding shuttle, and finally the fluid to re-enter dome of the main valve chamber, close the main valve.
